Return Policy

Satellite Phone Store (SPS) wants to ensure customer satisfaction with the products we sell. We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Returnable product will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and initial shipping costs will be deducted from any refund. Product must be in the same condition as sold to customer with the product manuals, all accessories and packaging included in the return. Customer should also ship product back at their own expense in a verifiable manner and packed in a reasonable way to avoid product damage. If product was defective, then SPS or the product manufacturer will cover the shipping costs. In most cases, we ship the replacement equipment to the customer, and the customer returns defective equipment back in a pre-paid shipment box.

  • Monthly service plan charges up to and including the month of the return.
  • Any previously installed devices such as: Docking stations, Marine satellite/internet systems.
  • Custom ordered cables
  • Any online order less than $100
  • Special Order or Made to order products or accessories.

Please contact us to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any defective equipment.

Rental Return and Change Policy:

Customer also agrees that additional charges will be made after the rental period for airtime overage, extra rental days, damages, and (or) loss of equipment. There are no refunds or credits for early returns. Cancellations after orders are shipped are nonrefundable including airtime, bundles, and accessories.
